Accessing the histogram view. When you're reviewing an image on your EOS camera, repeatedly press the Info button to scroll through the different viewing options until you see a histogram. The first histogram view you'll see is the luminance histogram; to view the RGB colour histograms in addition, press the Info button again.
Live View shooting, movie shooting, bulb exposures, or mirror lockup cannot be performed with interval timer shooting. During interval timer shooting, auto power off does not take effect. Use an AC adapter kit for prolonged interval timer shooting. Interval timer shooting will be canceled and reset to [Disable] if you do any of the following: 7. Press the button. Make sure that [Live View shoot-Enable] is set, and then press the button twice. 8. Make sure that the menu display disappears, and then press the button. The Live View image will appear on the LCD monitor. The Live View image will reflect the brightness level of the actual image you capture.

Wondering if someone could help me I’m having an issue where the image is mirrored when using live view when the flip screen is in the normal position but if I record footage and play it back in camera it corrects the orientation. Hoping someone has had this issue before.

limvo05, On the camera is a button marked . By pressing this button while in camera mode, you change the display on the back LCD panel. The more often you press the button the information displayed on the LCD panel will change.
I suggest looking in the Advanced User Guide, P83 for a full explanation of how use the INFO button to get Live View. If you want to get the most from your camera, it is highly advisable to actually go through the AUG, it will give you access to many features you may not even realize you have.
